Southcentral Foundation

Southcentral Foundation is a healthcare provider serving customer-owners and community members in Anchorage, the Matanuska-Susitna Borough, and rural communities across Alaska. The organization offers a comprehensive range of services including behavioral health, rehabilitation therapies and exercise, primary care, audiology, dental services, emergency department, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, pharmacy, and traditional healing. Southcentral Foundation operates through a Nuka System of Care model and manages several facilities including the Alaska Native Health Campus and the C'eyiits' Hwnax Life House Community Health Center in partnership with the Chickaloon Village Traditional Council.
