About Community Connections
Community Connections is a nonprofit human service organization serving southern southeast Alaska for over 30 years. They provide individualized, customer-guided supports that encourage independence, community belonging, and quality of life. Services include an Early Learning Program for children aged birth to three years with developmental delays or at-risk status, comprehensive Children's Mental Health services for children and families in home and community settings, and Senior and Disability Services for individuals with developmental disabilities and seniors. They serve populations including individuals with developmental disabilities, adults with physical disabilities, elders, very young children who are developmentally delayed or at risk, and children with behavioral health needs. Ketchikan CARES is available to anyone in the Ketchikan community experiencing mental health difficulties including depression, anxiety, bullying, abuse, suicidal ideation, and school stress. Locations include Ketchikan and Metlakatla at 721 Stedman Street, Ketchikan, Alaska 99901, and Craig at 1800 Craig-Klawock Highway #241, Craig, Alaska 99921.
