Community Healthcore is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) and Joint Commission Accredited Behavioral Health organization serving Northeast Texas residents. Operating for over 50 years, they provide mental, emotional, and behavioral health services to individuals across the lifespan—children, teens, adults, and veterans. Services include mental health services, intellectual and developmental disabilities services, substance use services, crisis services, mental health first aid, primary care services, prevention and early intervention services, veteran services, and supportive housing services.
