Resilient Youth & Community is an accredited non-profit behavioral health provider offering residential, outpatient clinical, and therapeutic rehabilitation services for Alaskan youth and families. Located in Ketchikan in Southeast Alaska, RYC has served the community for over 30 years, providing short and long-term community-based residential treatment, therapeutic foster care services, afterschool programs, and early prevention services. The organization operates a continuum of care with a residential program serving up to 30 youth and outpatient and aftercare services for an additional 40-50 youth. Treatment plans are personalized and evidence-based, utilizing a strengths-based approach and both pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions. RYC emphasizes collaboration with clients, families, and partnering agencies to ensure clients receive the appropriate level of care and support in a safe, nurturing, trauma-informed environment.
