RiverValley Behavioral Health is a state-designated Community Mental Health Center serving the Green River region of Kentucky, including Daviess, Hancock, Henderson, Ohio, McLean, Union, and Webster counties. Founded in 1967, the organization provides a full continuum of evidence-based behavioral health services including mental health treatment, substance use disorder treatment, specialized care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and crisis/emergency support. The organization operates as one of 13 National Suicide and Crisis Lifeline call centers in Kentucky, available 24/7 by calling or texting 988. RiverValley offers personalized, client-centered care delivered by dedicated professionals and will be designated as a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic by late 2025 or early 2026.
