LifeSkills is a mental health and addiction treatment provider serving children and adults in South Central Kentucky across 26 service locations. The organization provides a full continuum of services including outpatient services, residential programs, medications for opioid use disorder, and prevention services. LifeSkills operates two CARF Certified ASAM LOC 3.5 residential treatment facilities: Park Place Recovery Center for Men and Park Place Recovery Center for Women. They serve individuals with substance use concerns, mental health conditions, and intellectual and developmental disabilities.
