Adanta Group

Adanta is a community mental health center serving Adair, Casey, Clinton, Cumberland, Green, McCreary, Pulaski, Russell, Taylor, Wayne, and Barren Counties. Founded in 1967 in Pulaski County, the organization has expanded to provide comprehensive mental health, substance abuse, and intellectual and developmental disability services to approximately 5,000 active clients. The agency employs over 250 staff including prescribers and professionally licensed counselors. Adanta offers multiple programs including crisis services, adult and child/family services, substance abuse services, sexual assault services, supported employment, and veteran services. Services are available to all populations regardless of culture, race, religion, gender identification, sexual orientation, disability, socioeconomic status, or judicial status.
