Pathways, Inc. is a behavioral healthcare organization serving individuals with mental illness, brain injury, and related conditions in the Southern Maryland area, particularly St. Mary's County. The clinic provides outpatient evaluation and treatment through individual, group, family, and couples psychotherapy, as well as medication evaluation, prescription, and administration services using a strength-based, person-centered, empowerment-focused approach. They offer a walk-in clinic with telephone response Monday through Thursday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and Friday until 4:00 pm. Beyond clinical services, they provide community support programs, day programs, peer support, psychiatric rehabilitation, evidence-based supported employment services for individuals with psychiatric disabilities, brain injury services, and program-operated residential housing for adults with serious mental illness. They serve children as young as four years old through seniors, with particular expertise in adolescents and young adults, including family psychoeducation as an evidence-based practice.
