About Fargo VA Healthcare System

This is the Veterans Affairs (VA) mental health services program, which provides free mental health support to veterans across multiple service eras including Operation Enduring Freedom, Iraq War, Gulf War, Cold War, Vietnam War, Korean War, and World War II. The VA offers services for PTSD, depression, suicide prevention, military sexual trauma, substance use problems, anxiety, grief, and readjustment to civilian life.
