This is the Veterans Affairs (VA) mental health services program, which provides free mental health support to veterans across multiple service eras including Operation Enduring Freedom, Iraq War, Gulf War, Cold War, Vietnam War, Korean War, and World War II. The VA also offers telemental health services via computer or mobile device, self-help online portals, mental health apps, and peer assistance programs for service members and transitioning veterans.
