Commonwealth Substance Abuse Services

This Kentucky-based treatment provider offers substance abuse services including a 20-hour Prime for Life Alcohol/Drug Education Program designed to teach about low risk versus high risk choices surrounding alcohol and other substances, biological risks, value alignment, and goal-setting. They provide weekly outpatient treatment groups of 90 minutes each tailored to clients' substance use disorder severity, strengths, goals, and treatment objectives.
