Commitment House

The Commitment House is an alcohol and drug treatment center serving Kentucky and Indiana, specializing in substance abuse, alcoholism, dual-diagnosis, and addiction recovery. They provide person-centered, trauma-informed care for adults with poly-substance abuse disorder who may also have chronic or urgent medical and mental health disorders. The facility offers a continuum of care including medical detoxification with residential treatment, residential transitional care, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and standard outpatient programs. All levels include 12-step facilitation, peer support, and case management services. The program emphasizes care planning as a road map to recovery, with the goal of changing how people live and think to maintain long-term sobriety.
