Coastal Plains Integrated Health provides behavioral health services to rural South Texas communities across nine counties: Aransas, Bee, Brooks, Duval, Jim Wells, Kenedy, Kleberg, Live Oak, and San Patricio. The organization offers mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults with serious emotional disturbances and severe persistent mental illnesses including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and severe clinical depression. They also provide community-based services to persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities, emphasizing job skills training and community employment preparation. Crisis services are available 24/7. All services are based on individual needs and designed to help people live and work successfully in their communities. Services are provided on a sliding scale fee structure based on family income and size.
