Bridge Health

Bridge Health provides accessible and cost-effective services to individuals with mental health, developmental disabilities, and addictive diseases. The organization operates multiple outpatient clinics in Fort Oglethorpe, Summerville, and Trenton, Georgia. Bridge Health's Intellectual Developmental Disabilities (IDD) program offers host homes and support services, guided by a philosophy that individuals with IDD can live meaningful, independent lives with valued community engagement, positive relationships, and employment opportunities. The organization also operates a Youth Recovery Initiative (YRI) to support young people in recovery.
