Avita Community Partners is a resource for individuals and families in northeast Georgia experiencing mental illness, developmental disabilities, and addictive diseases. The organization serves children, adolescents, and adults through a range of mental health programs, addictive disease support, intellectual and developmental disability services, and behavioral health crisis services. Avita operates a Behavioral Health Crisis Center that provides emergency behavioral healthcare in a respectful environment. The organization also offers specialized services including suicide prevention and support for deaf and hard of hearing individuals through ASL-fluent staff.
