For Clinicians and Treatment Centers

Your clients gamble between sessions.
We catch them in that moment.

Cope Compass provides real-time intervention, counter-programming against casino hooks, and between-session monitoring data — so your clinical work extends into the 167 hours a week you are not in the room.

What your clients get

Real-time intervention
When your client has an urge at 2am, the orb guides them through clinically-informed breathing and grounding sequences. You see the data in your next session.
Counter-programming engine
We mapped every casino hook — midnight bonus resets, Monday reloads, NFL Sunday pushes — and send recovery support at the exact same times.
Morning and evening rituals
Daily check-ins with prescriptive plans (16 state-specific morning plans, 4-outcome evening reflections). Builds the routine that gambling apps are designed to replace.
Sponsor matching
Scored sponsor applications with admin review. Your clients get vetted peer support — not random strangers. You stay informed through the escalation system.
Progress tracking
Stability scores, moment counts, state patterns, time-of-day heatmaps. Walk into your session knowing what happened since the last one.
Built for between-session monitoring
Time-stamped clinical data — intervention usage, stability scores, check-in compliance, escalation events — designed to support Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (RTM) documentation. Provider reporting features coming Q3 2026.

Insight

The 167-hour problem

Your client sees you for 1 hour a week. The other 167 hours, they are on their own — and gambling platforms are spending billions to fill that gap. DraftKings resets daily bonuses at midnight. Monday reload bonuses target weekend losers. "Your parlay missed by ONE leg" notifications activate the same reward pathways as actual wins.

Your clients are not weak. They are outgunned. Cope Compass is the tool that fights back in real time — so when they walk into your office, they have data and victories to discuss, not just damage to assess.

Common questions

Is this HIPAA compliant?
Yes. Cope Compass is fully HIPAA compliant. Every provider signs a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) before accessing patient data. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, every access is audit-logged, and we follow NIST security standards. View our full compliance documentation at copecompass.com/trust.
Is this a replacement for therapy?
No. Cope Compass is a between-session support tool. It extends your clinical work into the moments you cannot be there. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or provide clinical advice.
What training is required?
None. Your clients download the app and use it independently. You receive progress data and escalation alerts — no additional software to learn.
Does this support RTM billing?
The platform collects the clinical data needed for Remote Therapeutic Monitoring (CPT 98975-98981) — timestamped interventions, stability scores, and compliance tracking. Provider reporting and RTM documentation features are coming Q3 2026. In the meantime, all clinical data is available through the provider dashboard.
What does "free for the first 50 providers" mean?
The first 50 providers who join get lifetime free access to the provider dashboard and patient progress data. No catch. We are building our network.
Can I see what my clients see?
Yes. The provider dashboard shows intervention usage, check-in completion, stability trends, and escalation history — without exposing private reflection content.
