About Wenatchee CBOC (116)
The VA provides mental health services to Veterans regardless of discharge status or enrollment in VA health care. Services are available for PTSD, depression, anxiety, military sexual trauma, suicide prevention, grief, and readjustment to civilian life. Veterans can access care through VA medical centers, Vet Centers, and telehealth options. Services range from peer support with other Veterans to counseling, therapy, and medication. The VA operates the Veterans Crisis Line (call 988 and select 1) available 24/7. Over 1.7 million Veterans received mental health services through the VA in the prior year. Veterans can call 877-222-8387 Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET to find resources, or walk into any VA medical center anytime.
