SOUND is a behavioral health provider in King County serving over 15,000 people annually through a multidisciplinary team of licensed and certified professionals. The organization provides comprehensive care for mental health and substance use disorders across the lifespan, including children, youth, adults, and seniors. Services include counseling, case management, supportive housing, therapy, peer support, and vocational support delivered in outpatient community and home-based settings. The clinical team includes psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, therapists, counselors, social workers, and specialists in addictions medicine, 2SLGBTQIA+ health, deafness and hard of hearing services, and intellectual and developmental disabilities. SOUND operates three Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics in Auburn, Bel-Red, and Capitol Hill, and has been a state-licensed provider since 1967.
