We All Need Help Sometimes

We All Need Help Sometimes is a substance use and recovery counseling practice in Maine offering support for individuals struggling with addiction to food, drugs, alcohol, and tobacco, as well as for loved ones affected by addiction. Led by Phyllis Warchol, LADC, CCS, the practice uses cognitive behavioral techniques, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness practices to address the underlying causes of distress. Services include individual therapy for self-awareness and coping skills development, group therapy for reducing isolation and building social support, telehealth options via video or phone for those without transportation, and evaluations for OUI'S, Deferred Dispositions, and probation requirements. The practice also serves affected others—family members and loved ones impacted by someone else's addiction.
