Upper Bay Counseling and Support Servs

Upper Bay Counseling & Support Services, Inc. is a mission-based, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and one of the largest providers of behavioral and mental health services in Cecil and Harford counties in Maryland. The organization serves a full spectrum of confidential services for adults, children, and adolescents, helping individuals, strengthening families, and advocating for those served in the community. Their staff includes psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, psychologists, social workers, licensed professional counselors, nurses, rehabilitation counselors, residential counselors, and case managers. They serve more than 2,500 clients annually with behavioral or mental health concerns.
