True Self Recovery is an addiction and mental health treatment provider located in Northwest Arkansas with campuses in Berryville and Rogers. The program treats substance use disorders including alcohol, opioid, methamphetamine, benzodiazepine, gabapentin, and fentanyl addictions, as well as dual diagnosis and co-occurring disorders.
