About Spokane Treatment and Recovery Service
Spokane Treatment and Recovery Services (STARS) is a non-profit behavioral health agency serving the Inland Northwest since 1980. STARS provides 24/7 substance use disorder treatment services and multiple levels of care to address client needs at every treatment stage. The agency offers substance use disorder and mental health assessments, sobering and triage services, withdrawal management for sub-acute and acute withdrawal symptoms, residential treatment through women's (Karen's House) and men's (Cub House) facilities that address co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, and intensive outpatient services. STARS employs substance use disorder and mental health professionals who work collaboratively with clients to develop individualized service plans using evidence-based practices to treat the whole person. Facilities are located in Spokane, Washington.
