Southeast Arkansas Behavioral Healthcare System is a community mental health agency serving Southeast Arkansas since 1964. The organization operates four centers across the region in Sheridan, Star City, Pine Bluff, and Stuttgart, providing behavioral health services to citizens in Arkansas County, Grant County, Jefferson County, and Lincoln County. The agency is committed to creating an environment where staff is conscientious, professional, and responsive to the behavioral health needs of the service area. Services are client-oriented, accessible, affordable, and quality driven. The agency provides 24-hour emergency services and offers evaluation and treatment 7 days per week. Persons may be served through referral by a physician, family member, friend, another service agency, or by self-referral. All contacts with the agency are confidential and information is released only with written permission.
