Sobriety House is Colorado's oldest licensed substance use disorder treatment center, founded in 1967. The organization is a state-licensed nonprofit providing an extensive continuum of care including residential treatment, outpatient, and sober living programs for adults with substance use disorders. Rooted in the 12-step model and evidence-based practices, Sobriety House serves multiple priority populations including pregnant women, women with dependent children, persons who use drugs by injection, persons involuntarily committed to treatment, and veterans.
