Recovery Services of Northwest Ohio (RSNWO) is a non-profit organization specializing in serving individuals struggling with substance use, mental health, and dual diagnosis disorders. Founded in 1975 as Five County Alcohol/Drug Program, RSNWO provides comprehensive, confidential services across multiple levels of care including prevention, outpatient, and residential programs.
