Rappahannock Area Community Services Board (RACSB) is a community mental health and developmental disability services organization serving the City of Fredericksburg and the counties of Caroline, King George, Spotsylvania, and Stafford in Virginia. Founded in 1970, RACSB provides outpatient mental health services for individuals experiencing depression and serious mental health conditions, as well as substance use disorder treatment and support.
