Rappahannock Area Community Services Board (RACSB) is a community mental health and developmental disability services organization serving the City of Fredericksburg and the counties of Caroline, King George, Spotsylvania, and Stafford in Virginia. Founded in 1970, RACSB provides outpatient mental health services for individuals experiencing depression and serious mental health conditions, as well as substance use disorder treatment and support. Services include mental health outpatient care, crisis and immediate support, residential and housing services, assertive community treatment, day support services for individuals with developmental disabilities, residential services and respite care for people with developmental disabilities, and office-based opioid treatment. The organization also offers support groups (both virtual and in-person), peer support services, employment services, early intervention programs, and community prevention trainings. RACSB is located at 600 Jackson Street in Fredericksburg, VA.
