Permian Basin Counseling and Guidance

Permian Basin Counseling & Guidance (PBCG) is a mental health counseling practice located at 102 S. Main, Suite C in Carlsbad, New Mexico. PBCG serves rural Permian Basin communities in Southeastern New Mexico, including Carlsbad, Hobbs, Jal, and Artesia. The practice's mission is to enable individuals and families to reach their full potential in body, mind, and spirit using evidence-based counseling and educational services. Services offered include individual therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, cognitive processing therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing for trauma, premarital counseling, couples and family counseling, veteran services, children's play therapy, and anger management.
