First Nations Community HealthSource is based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and serves as New Mexico's Urban Indian Health Center and a Federally Qualified Health Center. With a legacy of over 50 years, the organization is deeply committed to providing high-quality, comprehensive, and culturally-centered healthcare services that integrate traditional values and promote the physical, social, emotional, and spiritual well-being of American Indian and Alaska Native individuals and families and other underserved populations in Albuquerque and surrounding areas. The organization operates three clinic sites, six school-based health centers, and two outreach programs in Gallup and Farmington. Services include primary care, dental, mental health, vision, pharmacy, case management, traditional healing, alternative healing, and intensive outpatient substance use treatment. The organization also operates a mobile medical unit that provides local and rural medical outreach services.
