One Promise Behavioral health

One Promise is a Baltimore-based recovery organization with more than 50 years of experience providing services for substance use disorders and alcohol. Founded by Mr. White, a person in recovery who got clean in 2003 and became an addictions counselor, the organization now operates eight recovery houses and an outpatient facility. One Promise conceptualizes addiction as a three-fold disease that is physical, psychological/emotional, and spiritual.
