Ohio Treatment Center

Ohio Treatment Center is an outpatient substance abuse and mental health treatment provider located in Toledo, Ohio. The center offers a full spectrum of outpatient care including Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), and standard outpatient services. The facility was founded by recovering addicts from the area who came together to address substance abuse in the community. The treatment approach is individualized, with a team including the Director of Clinical Services, certified therapists, addiction counselors, and care coordinators who work together to design comprehensive treatment plans for each patient. Many team members are in recovery themselves. The center accepts Ohio Medicaid and provides aftercare, relapse prevention planning, vocational and educational support, and family services to support both clients and their loved ones in recovery.
