Northeast Counseling Services is a full-service community mental health center incorporated in 1971 to provide behavioral health services to residents of central and southern Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, and beyond. The organization operates facilities in Hazleton and Nanticoke and provides a broad array of services through a coordinated system of care that adheres to recovery principles.
