New Life Center

New Life Center is a three-county system of outpatient services serving Allendale, Hampton, and Jasper Counties in South Carolina. The organization develops and manages programs to prevent and reduce negative health, social, and economic consequences of addiction and co-dependency. Services include Alcohol and Drug Safety Action Program (ADSAP), which addresses substance use and driving issues and is mandatory in South Carolina for DUI convictions. Outpatient services provide individual, family, and group counseling for persons with alcohol and other drug addiction or abuse. Youth and Adolescent Services serve ages 13-17 with education and intervention for substance use or high-risk behaviors. The organization also operates a Prevention Program that conducts public education workshops on drug abuse, tobacco abuse, alcohol abuse, fetal alcohol syndrome, addiction, and stress management through partnerships with youth organizations, community agencies, and churches. The center is committed to trauma-informed care principles including safety, trustworthiness, choice, collaboration, and empowerment.
