About Ernest E Kennedy Center

The Ernest E. Kennedy Center is a private, non-profit organization that has been providing quality, caring services to the citizens of Berkeley County of South Carolina for more than four decades. Designated as a county substance abuse authority by the SC Office of Substance Use Services, the Kennedy Center offers a wide range of prevention, intervention, and treatment programs through two central locations in Moncks Corner and Goose Creek. The organization serves adults and youth affected by substance abuse and addiction, emphasizing that adverse effects from alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs are both preventable and treatable. The Kennedy Center is also a community distributor of free Narcan and provides education and resources on emerging threats including kratom, fake pills, and fentanyl.
