NATIVE Project

The Native Project is a comprehensive healthcare provider located in Spokane, Washington, operating two main campuses. The main campus at 1803 W Maxwell offers medical, dental, youth behavioral health, prevention and wellness, and pharmacy services to individuals and families. The Children and Youth Services Center at 1907 W Maxwell expands substance abuse treatment for youth, offering specialized care and early intervention for those as young as 10 years old. The organization's mission is to provide services that promote wellness and balance of mind, body, and spirit, offering culturally rooted healthcare with an emphasis on "Sacred Hospitality" to all people seeking services. The organization provides care coordination, primary health care, and Substance Use Disorder Services (SUD) in addition to their behavioral health and youth-focused programs.
