Muscogee Nation Department of Health is the tribal health system serving the Muscogee Nation, the fourth largest federally recognized tribe in the United States with over 100,000 citizens. Headquartered in Okmulgee, Oklahoma, the system operates as one of the largest tribal health systems in Oklahoma, delivering a variety of health services throughout an 11-county Reservation spanning 4,811 square miles.
