Kodiak Area Native Association (KANA) was formed in 1966 as a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation to serve Alaska Native people of the Koniag Region, including the City of Kodiak and six outlying villages: Akhiok, Karluk, Larsen Bay, Old Harbor, Ouzinkie, and Port Lions.
