Trillium Place is a not-for-profit organization affiliated with Carle Health that provides comprehensive addiction recovery and mental health services across central Illinois. Formed by joining Carle Health Behavioral Health Services, the former Illinois Institute for Addiction Recovery at Carle Health, Tazwood Center for Wellness, and Human Service Center, they serve children, teens, and adults across locations in Peoria, East Peoria, Pekin, Lincoln, and Eureka. For addiction recovery, they offer outpatient services, inpatient programs, withdrawal management, and medication-assisted treatment for adults, with outpatient services also available for teens. Mental health services include counseling, outpatient, inpatient, and psychiatry services for children, teens, and adults. They also provide court-ordered DUI evaluations and related services. Virtual behavioral health programs are available for both mental wellness and substance use disorders.
