Hope Haven is a Therapeutic Community in Charlotte, NC that provides recovery services for individuals and families impacted by substance use disorder. The program accepts residents who have a primary diagnosis of substance use disorder and have completed a primary treatment program within the last 12 months. Each resident works with a professionally credentialed Substance Abuse Counselor to create an individualized Person-Centered Plan based on their unique challenges and goals. The program includes health assessment and management through a nurse practitioner, workforce development and job readiness training, and assistance with employment and housing. Special programming is available for families and children. The organization operates two social enterprises that support their programs.
