Harlem East Life Plan (HELP) is a one-stop care facility located in East Harlem at 2369 Second Avenue, New York, NY 10035. The organization provides comprehensive services for mental health, substance use disorders, and primary care. Services include Mental Health and Wellness Counseling, Chemical Dependency Services with individual and group counseling, medication-assisted treatment, ambulatory medical detoxification, and comprehensive Primary Care Services provided by board-certified physicians. HELP offers same-day, walk-in services Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The team consists of experienced licensed and certified professionals including medical, behavioral health, addiction medicine, and psychiatric professionals who use evidence-based practices and strength-based approaches to support individuals in their journey to holistic health.
