The Gibson Center for Behavioral Change is dedicated to providing substance use treatment services. They offer a multidisciplinary approach to treating persons with co-occurring disorders and provide services to all people regardless of race, national origin, age, religion, gender, gender expression or disability. The center offers residential treatment, transitional housing, medication-assisted treatment, outpatient care, and Substance Awareness Traffic Offender Program (SATOP). They also operate a Mobile Treatment Unit providing behavioral health services for rural Bootheel Communities. Services are available 24/7 with staff support.

Group therapy
Group Therapy. A small facilitated circle where people working on similar struggles practice naming what is hard, hearing themselves in others, and learning skills together. The room is the medicine.
Medication-assisted treatment
Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT). Pairs FDA-approved medications with counseling and behavioral therapy. Standard of care for opioid and alcohol use disorder; emerging evidence in gambling for impulsivity-targeting agents.
