Foundations Wellness Center is an addiction treatment facility located in Port St. Lucie, Florida. The center provides individualized, evidence-based addiction treatment for those struggling with drug and alcohol dependence. Services include partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient programs, standard outpatient treatment, short and long-term treatment, medication-assisted treatment, detoxification, and court-ordered assessments. Treatment emphasizes a holistic, whole-person approach including massage, chiropractic care, neurofeedback, and psychotropic testing to determine optimal medication fit. The center is located 15 minutes from the beach and allows clients to reside in nearby sober homes while maintaining access to their cell phones during the structured program. All clients are enrolled in an alumni program upon admission with access to weekly meetings, private social groups, and community events.
