Foundations Wellness Center

Foundations Wellness Center is an addiction treatment facility located in Port St. Lucie, Florida. The center provides individualized, evidence-based addiction treatment for those struggling with drug and alcohol dependence. Services include partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient programs, standard outpatient treatment, short and long-term treatment, medication-assisted treatment, detoxification, and court-ordered assessments.
