Fair Haven Community Health Care (FHCHC) is a community health center serving the Fair Haven area since 1971. The organization provides a wide range of medical services including adult primary care, pediatric care, dental care, mental health services, addiction medicine, geriatric medicine, midwifery and women's health, pharmacy services, HIV/AIDS care, and laboratory services. FHCHC operates across 21 locations including 12 school-based health centers throughout the community. The center conducts over 160,000 patient visits annually and serves families across generations.
