Apex Community Care

Apex Community Care is a multi-location provider serving the Connecticut communities of Danbury, Torrington, and Waterbury. The organization advocates for and provides services to people living with HIV/AIDS, mental health and substance use disorders, their families, and loved ones. Services include an Apex Medical Group, prevention and harm reduction programs, behavioral health services, HIV-specific services, and support groups. The organization serves all patients regardless of ability to pay and offers discounts for essential services based on family size and income. The mission is to actively promote education and prevention in the community while working to reduce stigma and shame.
