Empowerment Through Hope, LLC focuses on empowering adults to heal from the impact of painful experiences. The practice utilizes a person-centered, trauma-informed approach, equipping clients to actively participate in their therapy process and discover their own strengths. The therapeutic approach emphasizes promoting emotional regulation first, which then opens the pathway to process deeper issues. Modalities include EMDR, Brainspotting, and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD. The practice also implements interactive, hands-on techniques, including play therapy, for clients of all ages to address psychosocial difficulties.
