Southwest Behavioral & Health Services (SB&H) is an integrated behavioral and health services provider located in Arizona. The organization delivers compassionate care integrating primary care, mental health, and substance abuse treatment. SB&H operates multiple outpatient clinics, opioid treatment programs, residential services, day treatment, inpatient crisis services, and community living programs across numerous Arizona locations including Phoenix, Mesa, Flagstaff, Prescott Valley, Bullhead City, Kingman, Lake Havasu City, and others. The organization is accredited by CARF and the American Psychological Association, and operates a doctoral psychology training program as a member of the Association of Psychology Postdoctoral and Internship Centers (APPIC).
