Detroit Rescue Mission Ministries has been serving Detroit's homeless and addicted communities since 1909, making it one of the largest housing and treatment providers in the Detroit Metro area. As a nonprofit, faith-based organization, DRMM provides a full continuum of care treating the total person—mind, body, and spirit. Services include withdrawal management and substance use disorder treatment, transitional and permanent housing, meal services, job training, spiritual life services, and youth summer camp. The organization also offers specialized programs for veterans, at-risk youth, and individuals in the criminal justice system seeking reentry support.
