Courageous Transformations

Courageous Transformations is an opioid treatment program that provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for opioid addiction using methadone, suboxone, and naltrexone. The practice approaches harm reduction and medically assisted treatment from a combined philosophy of faith, empowerment, and worthiness. They specialize in trauma-informed care, focusing on the underlying causes of addiction that are often rooted in previously experienced trauma. Services include medication-assisted treatment, trauma-informed counseling for mental health and addiction recovery with group and individual counseling options, peer support services provided by certified Peer Support Specialists, hepatitis C and HIV testing and treatment, and faith-based services. The practice also offers family therapy and a new patient orientation followed by development of a personalized treatment plan.
