Community First

Community First Solutions is a nonprofit network established in 1918 that provides high-quality health and wellness services for all ages throughout the Southwest Ohio region. The organization offers a broad continuum of services including mental health and addiction services, senior living communities, post-acute rehabilitation, home health, pharmacy services, and wellness programs. They serve approximately 3,500 behavioral health clients annually and maintain a network of services across seven counties in Southwest Ohio.
